Information you choose to provide

When you request membership information or a dock tour through our linked landing page, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code, and location preferences. Those details are used to respond to your request. They are not included in this main site's Analytics or Meta event payloads.

Optional website measurement

This main site uses Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel tags. When optional tracking is enabled under the regional choices below, these services can receive information about page visits, clicks to request a tour or call the team, campaign referrals, and browser/device information. Provider tags may use online identifiers and cookies.

Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the website. Meta Pixel helps us measure advertising and may support advertising audiences. The existing Meta Pixel is also used on join.fbctennessee.com. That landing page's existing tracking is separate: the main site's cookie controls do not automatically control tracking on that landing page.

Your cookie choices

For visitors identified as being in the United States, optional tracking is enabled by default unless you previously opted out or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. The small notice offers “Opt out.” For visitors outside the United States, or when the country cannot be determined, optional tags stay off unless you select “Accept.”

We use the approximate country supplied by our hosting provider for this decision, not your device’s precise location. The policy lookup does not return your IP address or country to the browser, and our consent integration does not store those values. Location estimates may be affected by VPNs or other network routing.

You can reopen “Cookie settings” at any time to turn optional tracking off or on. Selecting “Opt out” or “Reject” stops this integration’s optional tracking. Your explicit choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days, unless you clear site storage sooner, and takes priority over the regional default. Dismissing the U.S. notice does not record consent; it only hides the notice for that tab’s browsing session. Preference storage does not contain your contact details.

Withdrawing permission stops future events from this integration. It does not delete information already received by Google or Meta, and it does not necessarily remove cookies those services previously set. A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a rejection on this main site.

The main website is hosted by Vercel. The optional measurement services are Google and Meta. Membership inquiries are handled through our existing landing-page workflow. Provider policies and controls are available at Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.
