The answer in one sentence

If your plan includes reciprocal access, you can request boats at participating Freedom locations outside your home club, subject to availability, local requirements, and current use limits.
  • 450+ locations worldwide
  • Eligible plans only
  • Four bookings per location annually
01

Membership can become part of the itinerary.

Freedom reports more than 450 locations around the world. On plans that include reciprocity, a trip can include a boat day in another market instead of keeping boating limited to Tennessee.

That access is one of the clearest differences between a large network and a single-market club, but it still requires planning.

02

Reciprocity has rules.

Freedom’s current FAQ limits bookings outside a home club to four per location in a calendar year. Reservation availability, participating locations, licensing, local training, and other operating requirements apply.

Contact the visiting club early. Confirm plan eligibility, complete any required steps, and avoid building nonrefundable travel plans around an unconfirmed reservation.

03

Let the local team introduce the water.

Different waterways bring unfamiliar channels, tides, hazards, navigation rules, weather, and marina procedures. Treat local orientation as part of the experience, not a formality.

The reward is significant: a familiar membership rhythm paired with an entirely new view.
