The answer in one sentence

Freedom manages insurance for the club fleet, and Freedom Boat Club of Tennessee offers Peace of Mind coverage options to each member for agreement-specific damage responsibility.
  • Fleet insurance is handled by the club
  • Member responsibility still matters
  • Read the local agreement
01

One ownership burden moves off your desk.

Freedom identifies insurance as one of the recurring ownership expenses handled within the club model. Members are not individually buying a standard owner’s policy for each fleet boat they reserve.

That operational simplicity is meaningful, but it is not permission to ignore the agreement.

02

Insurance and member responsibility are different questions.

A fleet can be insured while a membership agreement still defines responsibility for certain damage, negligence, reporting duties, excluded conduct, or protection choices. Freedom Boat Club of Tennessee offers Peace of Mind coverage options so each member can understand and select the applicable framework.

Ask the membership executive to walk through realistic scenarios and the specific option documents before enrollment.

03

Know the reporting process before departure.

Understand who to call after an incident, what documentation is required, how towing or assistance works, and whether optional local programs change your exposure.

The strongest reassurance is clarity, not a vague promise that everything is covered.
